GAPS™ - What is it?
Gut and Psychology/Physiology Syndrome (GAP Syndrome or GAPS)™ establishes a connection between the functions of the digestive system and the health of the rest of the body. Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride created the term and the nutritional protocol after working with hundreds of children and adults with autism, ADHD, ADD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, depression, and schizophrenia.
As a Certified GAPS™ Practicioner, I can guide you toward natural healing utilizing real food, minimal supplementation, detoxification, and clean living.
