Kate integrates the principles of connection, nourishment, and movement to guide clients to achieving their holistic health goals. Coaching clients are supported and encouraged to build meaningful relationships with self and others, inspired to choose wholesome, nutrient-rich foods that align with their unique needs, and empowered to embrace movement that allows them to build strength, flexibility, and endurance, leading to overall vitality.

Preconception Wellness Coaching

Preparing your body before conception is  one of the most loving, wise, powerful, and proactive things you can do - for yourself, your future baby, and your long-term health. This course focuses on the 90 days before conception, your pre-trimester where we will dive into the science, food principles, and the foundational habits that we will build together. Preparing to conceive isn’t just a physical process — it’s deeply emotional, deeply energetic, and profoundly intuitive.

Movement

Kate understands the importance of movement as a key factor in creating a harmonious and sustainable path to wellness. Movement is essential for building strength, flexibility, and resilience. It also boosts mental well-being by reducing stress, improving mood, and fostering a deeper connection between the mind and body. As a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Kate creates dynamic movement plans that are outcome-driven and bio-individual.
